Edit: I previously complained a bad experience when the company did not respond in a timely manner to investigation/repair requests. That turned out to be a miscommunication problem. We have had good experience with them for more than a year, and they respond quickly to emails to answer questions or send someone over to investigate issues.

We have a standby generator installed by this company. The maintenance plan is in effect for another year and a half. I contacted the company about an error given by the generator. It no longer test-runs every week. I was told they would come to take a look. In the last two weeks, they have not picked up my calls nor have they returned them.

Great Service fixed my light switch the next morning after my msg that was left. Will use again next time for any electrical needs.

I first started using Focal Electric when I started my company 15 years ago. I had gotten bids from several other contractors that made it clear they would do anything they could to inflate what they charged me. George and his guys quoted a much better price and helped me find ways to cut costs. Then they did first-rate work. I've worked with them over a dozen times since then, and it's always been a good experience.
