I have called them five times over the past week trying to schedule an appointment to finish the work they started on my kitchen and basement. Two plugs they installed do not work and the dimmer they installed downstairs only works intermittently. I left messages and gave them every opportunity to respond to me but they have ignored my calls. Hired Focal electric to do the electrical for my inground swimming pool. Absolutely great experience working with them! Professional, very responsive, great quality and value. Quickly send quote and it was very competitive. Focal guys installed 240V NEMA 6-20 outlet in my garage for EV, with 20A switches in the main panel in the basement. Everything looks good, no damages or unnecessary change in basement or garage. Highly recommend the great guys at Focal.
