I pay a monthly membership and was told I can go to any location. The few times I’ve gone to the McDonough location Kayla was very helpful and polite to me even tho my information did not pull up in their system. I provided my credit card bill as proof. Today I had to deal with Louis who was very rude and reluctant to honor my membership and even after saying “thank you” to him he chose to take it a step further and ignore me. Not everyone can work in customer service and he is one of them.
Major clean up from what it use to be. Seems to be new management or something.
