Prices on the website are incorrect, had a conversation with a man on the phone who was incredibly rude... and overall the general impression I got from this place is terrible. Will never give them my business again.

Been under new ownership for a couple years now. Half of the employees were laid off about 3 months after the new ownership took over including one of the most experienced person in the field. Not nearly as good of a place to bring your equipment as it used to be. I would look somewhere else to bring your equipment. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
Ordered a small piece from them paid for 2 day shipping received it in 6 days. They used the excuse that I didn't live in the city I used on the address. Seriously really poor customer service. I simply asked for a refund on the $21 of shipping.
