Foam and Wash has always been my go to car wash. Recently I visited the Merritt Blvd location to use the soft touch wash after payment the door did not go up, nor did it after 20 minutes of wait. However I used the last soft wash on the end, after all I was there, even tho pissed off. I reached out to management and told them of my dilemma.
