They treat women badly at the Pougkeepsie site. While I was there awaiting an oil change, a young woman was seated next to me studying. Her phone was on a table & easy to see or hear. An employee, Carlos, came from out back and yelled at her. He said they'd been calling her for ten minutes with no answer. It was a lie. Her phone never rang or vibrated once.
