Foam and Wash has always been my go to car wash. Recently I visited the Merritt Blvd location to use the soft touch wash after payment the door did not go up, nor did it after 20 minutes of wait. However I used the last soft wash on the end, after all I was there, even tho pissed off. I reached out to management and told them of my dilemma. They treat women badly at the Pougkeepsie site. While I was there awaiting an oil change, a young woman was seated next to me studying. Her phone was on a table & easy to see or hear. An employee, Carlos, came from out back and yelled at her. He said they'd been calling her for ten minutes with no answer. It was a lie. Her phone never rang or vibrated once.
