ICE COLD WATER! We’ve been there twice in the last month. This time we picked a different bay. Happy we only put in $2 to start and immediately you can feel the ice cold garden hose. We complained both times and the elderly man says “ok” and walks away. Won’t be returning, we’ll go to the 7-11 on Middleton where there always hot water.

Well where do i start...Your wash brushes are so worn out theres hardly any hair left in them, the hose connected to the brush up in the ceiling was pissing soap out of a leaky fitting. Lighting is mostly all burnt out. Noticed you have gas heater in the ceiling but it doesnt seem to work either. The spray wands have way too narrow of a spray pattern to clean anything quickly and the water pressure is crap. The water temp is just barely hot enough to melt the ice off a vehicle.
