Terrible experience. The hat showed up the wrong color, the wrong size, and somehow that was my fault. I confirmed the color change with Grace before it was made, but when it arrived wrong, she shrugged it off with “we don’t make changes after an invoice is paid.” Then why confirm it? No apology.
