Place was slow to load but not bad. I was in/out within 2.5 hours. They are nice. To be fair I was late for my appointment so I was happy to get loaded. I think reason on why they take long to load is it maybe a production issue. They are a production facility.. Other than that load was light. Reminder the later in afternoon the worse the wait is through the construction zone on 20 if heading EB. I went South on 61 to 33 to 84 to 49 to 98 to avoid that 1.5 hour slow drag ass construction wait. My load was going to FL. The ri... read more

Slow loading. 2.5 hrs could do better. Picked here few times always 2-3 hrs to get loaded

Excellent customer service and the guys that load your truck are very nice and helpful I love loading out of here it a little tight but they will help you get in your dock door

The guys here are super cool and are so very nice. They have been very patient with me when I didn't have all the info needed to do my pickup and were very nice and told me everything I needed.

I'm a Driver, Docks not bad , a little tight But not bad .Employees are nice and polite. They have a lot to park in for trucks waiting to get loaded or unloaded. You can get in an out but there is times that takes longer then normal.
