I couldn't update my review, so I'm posting a new one. My cushions ordered in May were not as firm as the ones I ordered from the same company 2 years ago. Both Christina and April did research, and concluded the firmness was not the same. They're shipping out firmer replacements next week, and I'm so grateful! I ordered cushions 2 years ago, firmest they had, and they were excellent. Ordered the exact same cushions Thursday and received them today. Such a disappointment! Like sitting in a bowl of mushy oatmeal, sinking deeper and deeper.

Christina in “sales” sort of refused to sell me anything after I disliked my order. She would not recommend anything until I got a sample pack and then she recommended one of the only foams I didn’t like. I asked to speak to someone else and she kept telling me I would not get a discount. I never asked for a discount. She will still not transfer me no matter what I say or how many times I reiterate I’m not enjoying the conversation.
