The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. We ordered from them twice. On the first order, everything was great. On the second one, some of the foam we received was much too firm and didn't match what we ordered the first time. We reached out to customer service to see if they would help, but Christina, their sales representative, refused to admit a problem, blamed us, gaslighted us, and in general was miserable to deal with. Do not buy product from this. Price appears to be good but quality of product is poor.
I recently replaced my sectional cushion interiors and a leather club chair cushion interior with foam cut by Foam 'N' More. They feel like new and my back really appreciates the support! If you are in need of foam and down replacement in your furniture, this company has you covered!
had an extremely unpleasant experience with the Owner, Mr. Ross and his daughters and team, Catarina and Christina. They are Italians and Their behavior was ethically poor and unprofessional, and I felt harassed and unfairly charged for alleged ‘rudeness.’ I would not recommend Gloria’s or Jen’s services based on my experience. Both individuals seem to carry unresolved frustrations from their own workplace experiences, and unfortunately, this negativity is often projected onto their clients.
