I assigned a 2 star rating primarily due to the consistent availability of products in stock. However, during my three visits to the storefront, I encountered customer service that was unfailingly rude and snippy. It's worth traveling to Foam Factory in Macomb to avoid the anxiety I experience when considering a visit to this location.
We were thinking about buying a new couch because the stuffing for the back cushions of my 3-year-old Macy's couch were so shot. I decided to try this first. I just bought two cushions initially to see how they came. The staff were extremely helpful and explaining exactly how I should be measuring. The Cushions looked so good that I ended up buying the rest of the couch cushions. My couch looks brand new now.
Great service and quick turn around! With Joann fabrics closing and no place local to get foam anymore, this was a great find! Definitely got some new suppliers for my puppet workshops due to the great service and product! Thanks again!
