Had Renee come out the other day to clean our bedroom carpets. I had called serval places and she was very reasonably priced. She is very organized, contacts you before your appointment via email with a list of items to prepare you in advance for what needs to be done before her arrival and even contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment and her arrival time. I highly recommend Renee for carpet/rug and upholstery cleaning. She was professional, kind and highly efficient! Our living room couch (with 3 young kids!) looks like new again- all the stains came out of it. Our rugs came out great as well. It was 100% worth the time and cost! Thanks, Renee!

Renee was very professional and very happy with the cleaning. I had a few heavy stains on my couch she was able to remove. Discussed fabric options for next furniture purchases, don’t buy linen or fabric with writing on it, hard to get clean, thank you for your advise.
