Great place to work. They pay good and on time. The people you work with are fun and makes the day go by quicker.
Not a safe place for minorities to work. They manage a hostile work environment. No women are hired for the production floor because of hostility from other production workers. There are no security, cameras, and safety of the employees are at risk. First shift production workers are all male and no diversity. Minorities are easily singled out.
It’s great that this place takes styrofoam for recycling when so many places don’t. The drop off process is easy and the men who work here have always been very polite! However, the woman working the front desk is rude and abrasive so I’ve got to dock a star for that. ☹️
Took some Styrofoam packing material that we had accumulated. Went to the main office marked "shipping and receiving" and told them what I had. They told me to drive around back and they would send someone will out to help me. I did, guy came out, put my pieces into a large plastic bag, thanked me and we were both on our way. Whole thing couldn't have taken 5 minutes and no one hurt my feelings!
The only place to recycle polypropylene foam in the Louisville area. They do not have a designated place to donate as you might expect. You have to go to the front office to let them know you need to drop off, and someone will then meet you in the back. There is no signage or explanation of this anywhere, and there is a shed next to the recycling sign that is deceptive, as people seem to place foam recycling there.
