Visited the LaGrange Foam and Wash a few times and no issues. In and out! The other day I had an issue with the payment and when I got home, I noticed a duplicate charge. I called the #800 and s/w Alyssa. She was personable and very helpful. Was able to correct the duplicate charge. I was pleasantly surprised how quick this was (as I was silently dreading a long convoluted attempt to correct this issue). Wanted to share the review!!!!!
Had trouble with the automatic wash payment machine, which stole my freeware certificate. An employee was there and paid for the wash I was trying to get. Couldn't have been happier with the customer service! Well done!
