Great gym, super easy to get Mark on the phone and get in! The space is nice, a lot of equipment inside, well thought out and planned to maximize the space. Highly recommend if you are traveling to the area and wanna get a workout in.

I purchased a series of day passes for a short stay in the Keys. The facility is small and has limited equipment, but it is well organized/arranged to make the best use of the space available. I do mostly barbell based workouts with minimal machine work and found the equipment to be perfectly sufficient for my needs, and with plenty of weight available for all but the strongest lifters.
