Super clean, just what you need. It has a great amount of equipment and accessories for the size of the place. The owner is so nice and makes it easy!
I purchased a series of day passes for a short stay in the Keys. The facility is small and has limited equipment, but it is well organized/arranged to make the best use of the space available. I do mostly barbell based workouts with minimal machine work and found the equipment to be perfectly sufficient for my needs, and with plenty of weight available for all but the strongest lifters. Perfect vacation gym!
I joined this gym and have yet to hear from anyone to get my key fab. I have left messages and my calls have not been returned. I am very disappointed as I do not know what to do. We are only here for a month and want to workout. Can anyone advise me on this??
