Avoid this place, first the bath plug didnt seal properly meaning the bath leaked though to the freshly plastered kitchen ceiling and into brand new spot lights. Then the kitchen plug was faulty. Now the bathroom tap and plug has tarnished within a few months. Brass has completely come off. Fnx couldnt be more useless! Don't try phoning they dont answer, they did however reply to emails but just pass the blame around! Don't waste your money!
Fantastic service and smooth experience! I was honestly a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but my experience with FNX Bathrooms has been nothing short of excellent. Don't order from this company. I've been waiting for the product for two weeks now. No response to my inquiries. Never again. I don't know if I can even contact them Good luck.
After 6 months of installation I have a problem with the veneer on one of the doors on the vanity unit. I have been trying to resolve this issue with a replacement door with FNX Bathrooms for almost 5 weeks. They did respond really quickly initially and sent me out a replacement door based on my photos. However, unfortunately the door was not the correct one.
