This Title Company is horrible. They don't listen to the client. Rude & Ignorant. I doubt if either Realtor will ever use them again. A 30 day escrow that turned into a 60 nightmare. And the kicker was when I provided the Bank information of where I wanted my funds deposited the lady asked me if it was "Legit"?!... One of the biggest billion dollar banks in the world, & she had never heard of it? Not very re assuring..

As a local 30 year veteran appraiser relying on title data and specifically legal description information, today had occasion for the first time in years to see a Legal Description that referenced the "commonly known as" physical street address of a property right beneath the legal description as recorded. While a simple addition, this enabled me to instantly know that the legal and the address were one and the same. The folks at Fidelity National Title always do a great job, but special thanks for this nice touch.
