I have been a member of FNS for just about a year and it was the most fun I've had in a while. It's more than a gym, it's a community and I especially love all the energy the coaches bring to the experience. I loved interacting with each and every coach! Love this place and the energy of all the instructors. I have tried many gyms but feel that this place is the best of all. The class format is amazing and all you need to do is show up. The instructors take care of everything else.

This gym feels like money down the drain. The staff are extremely biased and bend rules for those they know, while others are left out. For someone just wanting to focus on classes, a simple question at the front desk turns into 20 minutes of unwanted sales & marketing pitches rather than a clear solution. While the classes are well designed, the so-called “community” is selective and superficial. FNS is the perfect mix of expert coaching, challenging workouts, and an incredible community. The coaches keep you motivated, focused on form, and always improving. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, fitter, and more energized. Hands down the best fitness experience I’ve had!
