Got blasted out of my chair by really loud music when visiting their website.. Some one thought this was a good idea? Not interested even checking it out. ditch the music and maybe I'll come check it out, that just really pissed me off.
I can’t say enough good things about FNS. This class is easily the highlight of my day. Every session pushes me to my limits - in the best way possible! I always leave feeling stronger and accomplished! The vibe of the class is motivating without being intimidating. I have noticed a big difference in my strength, endurance and overall energy. Can’t recommend it enough!!
Fun workouts, but the price is too high for what’s offered. Nutrition guidance felt unstructured and not very helpful. Morning sessions fill up fast and can be hard to book. Not ideal for beginners—and there are better, more affordable options out there. Topic of team, community, family, all that we talked about during workout, are under the business. I joined FNS at the end of November 2023 and absolutely love it! The workouts are fun and challenging and always different. Everyone that works there is so kind and friendly, they immediately remember your name and make you feel so welcome. They are also extremely knowledgeable and answer all my questions (and I have a lot)! I mostly take the group fitness classes lbut they have many other amenities such as open gym, an InBody Scanner, recovery room, and more.
