Excellent communication from Sheryl and the front desk.
Sheryl did a great job keeping me informed of the progress of my car. They did a great job in fixing the dent on my car. You can't even tell there was any damage at all...and they did it in 3 days!
I highly recommend Frank and Sons. The parts got there real quick at a fair price!
Just stellar. Great customer service and the work impeccable. We had a complication in that we don't live in town -- and it would be a month before we returned. Frank and Sons completed the work, put a charge on the car (EV) and housed it for us until we could return. They even offered to have us pick up outside of working hours if it made our return to town easier. So grateful to have found them -- and to have our car back, whole again!
