Bob and his colleagues are very helpful, when I bought a big item from Sydney and try to post it back to Port Douglas, I provided FNQ storage to my freight broker for receiving the good without knowing that it is outside FNQ storage normal service range, Bob and his team helped me out and only charged very very small fee. Feel lucky to have such a good business and amazing team in the neighborhood, highly recommend :)
