I visited the Mulgrave Road clinic recently and Charlie at Reception blew my mind with her excellent customer service. I observed her with other patients as well and could not be more impressed with her genuine friendliness, professionalism and compassion. What an asset. Bravo!

Absolutely fantastic service. It's honestly a great feeling knowing that they also want me to get better and are doing as much as possible.
I'm afraid this has to be the first average review of this clinic. I had Plantar Fasciitis and was provided with heel support and exercises, and taping. First and for most, I do believe that the Podiatry I worked with is very specialized in his area of expertise, and the exercises he provided helped alleviate my symptoms. However, after over a couple months I started having knee and hip issue and after working with a physio, I found out that the heel support was incompatible with my biomechanics.
