Do not recommend based on poor communication and lack of customer service. I booked an appointment 2 months in advance and upon arrival the Yorkeys clinic had closed. No help has been offered in rebooking. No emails or calls returned. My voucher has now expired - clearly this business was happy to have the money from the voucher and not provide the service. Very disappointing.

You know a business isn't willing to provide solutions for their customers or receive feedback when they turn off Facebook Reviews. A really disappointing experience. We wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this business. I went in a week ago, and did not receive the requested service nor the service I was then told I would receive. Instead I received a few stretches, and told to come back and pay another $99.00. I then sent through a lengthy email explaining everything that happened which was not sorted nor were my following two emails responded too from the owner of FNQ health where I was just trying to explain the situation and come to a solution.
