Terrible, i was there for assault case to get my Medical report so i can submit to the police, fist day was fine with doctor Akbari he checked me well he gets all details, i pay my consultant fee with doctor, i was told that my medical report will be directly sent to police. Unfortunately after one week also report was not sent, i emailed Them that police still didn’t received any report, but they didn’t care about my email , they didn’t reply anything. Switched on Reception staff and a lovely new facility. Dr Janitha is great - very understanding and thorough.
I recently moved from Melbourne to this city, and it was not easy to find a knowledgeable and patient doctor. My first visit with Dr Sina Malaei was a great experience. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. I’m very happy with the care I received and would like to choose him as my regular GP. Highly recommended.
Service is good, but unfortunately charges to see GP Is decided by receptionist. I have been told it will cost $70 and asked to pay after seeing doctor. But charged $100 for 20 minutes consultation while saying “long appointment“. Healthcare department must look into this hidden fee. Not satisfied.
