Switched on Reception staff and a lovely new facility. Dr Janitha is great - very understanding and thorough.
I recently moved from Melbourne to this city, and it was not easy to find a knowledgeable and patient doctor. My first visit with Dr Sina Malaei was a great experience. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. I’m very happy with the care I received and would like to choose him as my regular GP. Highly recommended.
Service is good, but unfortunately charges to see GP Is decided by receptionist. I have been told it will cost $70 and asked to pay after seeing doctor. But charged $100 for 20 minutes consultation while saying “long appointment“. Healthcare department must look into this hidden fee. Not satisfied.
I have been to FNQ Family Practice when I've been unable to make appointments with my regular GP and I'm very happy with the appointments I've had here. For a busy bulk-bulling practice, it is very well run and the doctors still take the time to listen to patients and are extremely knowledgeable and caring.
