We've always had FNQ air look after our air cons and they are great! Boys are always friendly & efficient. Highly recommend!
Nathan and the team at FNQ AIR are excellent. They recently upgraded my lounge air conditioner to a bigger system and put in a brand new air conditioner into the dining area. Nathan provided great advice on where to install the new unit and the team were very clean and tidy in their work. I highly recommend them
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with FNQ Air & Refrigerator. We paid $2,500 for a new air conditioning unit, which began leaking after only 8 months. When we contacted them, responsibility was declined and the issue was attributed to the pipework, despite pipe replacement being discussed from the beginning due to the previous unit leaking, and ultimately not being carried out. Nathan’s team came over today to replace our aircons. They were great! Quick, professional, friendly and really clean! They vacuumed up after themselves and were really considerate. Well priced and great service, highly recommended!
