Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with FNQ Air & Refrigerator. We paid $2,500 for a new air conditioning unit, which began leaking after only 8 months. When we contacted them, responsibility was declined and the issue was attributed to the pipework, despite pipe replacement being discussed from the beginning due to the previous unit leaking, and ultimately not being carried out. Nathan’s team came over today to replace our aircons. They were great! Quick, professional, friendly and really clean! They vacuumed up after themselves and were really considerate. Well priced and great service, highly recommended!
