Incredible and honest work from Francisco who is the owner. He does a great job and has years of experience especially with working with Toyotas. I have been a customer here for several years and have been happy!
The driver's side window on my disabled brother's van got stuck open shortly before a holiday weekend rainstorm. I feared the van could be flooded or thieves would break into and/or steal the van if I didn't get it repaired ASAP. I called FnP only because Google Maps showed that they were close to me. When I described the problem, Francisco was able to diagnose it and give me a very reasonable estimate over the phone. Pearl and Francisco at FNP Auto were extremely nice and helpful! They did a thorough check of the car and sent us over a list all of the recommended repairs and quotes. Very great with communication and ensuring I was aware of each step of the process. Prices were a bit higher than hoped for the work we got done, but it was nice to have it all completed and repaired in just a few days! Definitely will recommend this place to others for their auto needs!
