Really thorough and honest assessment of my car, full service
Excellent service! The owner is honest, helpful, and very attentive. They provided detailed inspection photos of my car and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and confident with their recommendations. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Pointless coming here!!! very unprofessional, and they really don't know what they are doing! plus they overcharge. I almost thought they were kidding when they told me the prices. do not bring your car here. if your car happens to break down in front of this establishment, call a tow truck and go somewhere else. You will pay less in the long run Doing that. Thank me later!
I'm very picky as to who services my car and I believe I've just found a shop who's experience and opinion I truly trust, very knowledgeable, honest and thorough with easily accessible and detailed inspection reports to follow. Customer service is exceptional too, I will be coming to Francisco and Pearl for services I can't preform myself from here on out.
