Fabian arrived when he said he would and was very approachable. He was very friendly and called me by my first name. He was willing to chit chat while doing his work on my furnace. Nice guy. Work completed without delay. My issue was minor as my furnace is only 7 years old but done professionally. I recommend his service to those needing furnace work.

We had a disappointing experience with technician Fabien. He charged us $469.49 for an hour's work, advising that the freeon refill would last for at least one season or offering to perform a leak test. Based on his recommendation, we opted for a freon refill. Unfortunately, our AC has not worked since, meaning we paid a substantial amount for nothing. Called Fabian to fix an under performing mini split heat pump. He arrived same day and was able to diagnose and repair the unit within about an hour or so. He's a friendly and down-to-earth guy who is easy and enjoyable to talk to. Issues were explained in easy-to-understand terms and he was up front about fees. Will definitely call FNC next time something starts acting up!
