Top notch service, highly recommended! I’m a local teacher here in Welland. Fabian had tremendous services, he was kind and personable. My AC kept quitting during the hottest parts of the day, so I called Fabian. He came out the very next day to assess the issue and quickly identified the problem. Fortunately, he had the necessary parts right in his truck and had my AC blowing cold air again within the hour. Very prompt but need to work on communicating nicely with clients. Stop changing invoice figures and complete the work even to final task of putting on a vent cap. I told Fabian that the upper flat of my home need HVac ducts. He should have checked properly and advised me that there is no HVAC vents installed in the upper flat. A quote was given for ducts. Had Fabian over to diagnose and fix the issue with my furnace last year. After changing the gas valve and motor the issue was still not resolved. Had a different furnace technician come over and he was able to diagnose the issue the moment he opened the furnace. Sad that I had to replace parts on a hunch for an inexperienced technician who also said he called a guy who knew a lot but still the issue was not resolved.
