Had Fabian over to diagnose and fix the issue with my furnace last year. After changing the gas valve and motor the issue was still not resolved. Had a different furnace technician come over and he was able to diagnose the issue the moment he opened the furnace. Sad that I had to replace parts on a hunch for an inexperienced technician who also said he called a guy who knew a lot but still the issue was not resolved. The experience was informative and efficient. Very willing to answer all questions at any time. Email responses were quick and accommodating to the best of their ability. The tank is now high efficiency, requiring venting outside. This was done with care and precision. Warranty follow up was provided as well. Clean up was appreciated.
