I have been using Fabian with FNC heating and cooling since 2022. He has helped me with installation of a mini-split system, aswell as various small issues which he diagnosed quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to recommend Fabian and FNC to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.

Had Fabian over to diagnose and fix the issue with my furnace last year. After changing the gas valve and motor the issue was still not resolved. Had a different furnace technician come over and he was able to diagnose the issue the moment he opened the furnace. Sad that I had to replace parts on a hunch for an inexperienced technician who also said he called a guy who knew a lot but still the issue was not resolved. Nice guy, but I'm disappointed with the work provided. He came to fix the clogged hose that was connected to the drain tray in my HVAC unit. His method was blowing the debris using his mouth and that was his due diligence. 3 days later, the hose was clogged again and I had someone else come in to fix the issue. The other person noticed there was a significant amount of debris in the draining tray and sucked it all out with small device and even cleaned it.
