It's a very small branch, but it's well-set up and the staff is friendly! I worked with Kevin to open some Savings Accounts and he was patient with me and explained everything really well and I'm excited to start budgeting and saving!
I went into the branch (on Nov-6-2024) I had just recently opened an account with. Heather was wonderful and helpful on the day I opened the account. My next visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I needed to deposit a check I had received from insurance. There were a few extra steps needed for the process that I will not go into at this time. I was in need of some help understanding the process. Lazy employee!! ! This branch is horrible. Female didn’t want to do her job!! needs to be replaced !
Wallet was stolen and they wouldn't accept digital id and security questions for a withdrawal like the branch in Fort Collins and teller was extremely rude
