Always great to work with!
Cutting back on your drive-thru hours in Lincoln from 6 pm to 5:30 pm is a real issue to get to the bank after work! Further more the ATM where I can make a deposit up to 6 pm at Pine Lake was not working, so I had to make a mad dash to the stupidly placed downtown location to that ATM, since you only have 3 places (which are the branches) in Lincoln to make deposits all at opposite sides of town. I'd say the google rating is pretty accurate. From a previous employee's perspective: I had a less than pleasant interaction at this branch. One teller seemed rude and annoyed by my request. Another teller was embodied by his cell phone. This experience was unusual for me. I have always had a positive view of FNBO (even since I was a kid), it's reputation, and values. That being said, I will end with: one bad experience can be the last experience had.
