I'd say the google rating is pretty accurate. From a previous employee's perspective: I had a less than pleasant interaction at this branch. One teller seemed rude and annoyed by my request. Another teller was embodied by his cell phone. This experience was unusual for me. I have always had a positive view of FNBO (even since I was a kid), it's reputation, and values. That being said, I will end with: one bad experience can be the last experience had.
Called several branches in Lincoln yesterday to make sure they had a notary on site today, this one said they did. They asked if I was a customer, I said I was. I needed someone to sign some documents for me that needed to be notarized. At no time, was I ever asked if I was the person who would be signing them or if the person who was signing them was a customer, just if I was. I went the other day to deposit a bunch of coins; I really needed that money in my account! They were super quick to getting it deposited, so thank you to the FNBO tellers!
I have been with FNBO a long time I went in they on Saturday to see if I could get new debit since mine were lost I went in there about 10:30 and the teller of the name of cliff was so rude to me he told me that the system for the cards were down and started scaring and yelling at me about he said IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO MY MANGER HE IS SITING EIGHT NEXT TO ME mind you I need ask for a manger I will be reporting this to customer service I will NEVER step a foot in this location AGAIN!!!
