NOT HAPPY Brothers GF address & her bank numbers on my account. Thousands of $$$$$ lost. Lost count how many new card I got just to be back in 2 days for new one. PAIN IN MY ASS to pay bills in person. I asked SEVERAL employees how did that happen. All said" I don't know but will ask Manager" Come back Manager busy. FINALLY...After, almost 2 months the Manager available. I ...asked him how someone got on my account & it shows her address & bank #. ANSWER-> People do move. Worst. Bank. Ever. DO NOT BANK HERE. They only ever have 2 bankers out of the five stalls even on BUSY days. They purposefully postpone transactions. Their app sucks. It’s never accurate as to what’s really in your account. I’ve even had my card declined when I’ve without a doubt had money in there. Will be switching banks soon.
