I normally liked this bank where but today when I went to withdraw money, the bank employee wasn't new – her age, , her self-confidence were obvious So, şhe wasn't someone who had just started working. – but before giving me my money, she counted it from the machine and wanted to put it in an envelope. With the exception of two personal bankers, the personnel at this branch act like they are bothered when customers come in. The tellers aren't trained to give correct information regarding current interest rates on specific accounts, and the branch manager is never available (although you may see him in his office on his cell phone). They do not answer the phone, so don't even try calling. Terrible service for a bank!!!! We will shop for another bank who wants our business.
