I recommend banking elsewhere. This location is horrible. They don't know anything. They say everyone was let go and there isn't anyone there that has been there longer than 5 months and no one knows anything. Why FNBO wouldn't make sure at least 1 person at the branch had experience is beyond my comprehension. I had an issue with a transfer payment from my checking account to pay my credit card payment that was somehow reversed and they couldn't help other than.for me to pay it again. Very good bank my only complaint is that you cannot get money from savings you have to transfer it all from savings to checking.. why can't you just get money from savings at an ATM
