Jen is amazing!!! Sunrise yoga with her is the perfect way to start off the day.
Jen is a jewel! Warmly supportive, clear instructions, responsive to varying practice levels and creative.
Jen is always upbeat and positive. She is great at modifying the class for different levels. I found it very helpful for my plantar fasciitis.
Had a wonderful time in Jen's yoga class. I was pretty inexperienced, having done a class or two in the past. Her calm, pleasant demeanor is very encouraging and her style of teaching very good for beginners in that she gives less challenging options for some positions. Highly recommend!
