We hired FMS Floor Cleaning to clean 3 rooms and a set of stairs. Upon arrival they sold us on pet care services for 2 rooms but did all 3 . No issues there. Our issue is that they stained our stairs an orange color on the bottom 3 stairs. We informed them of the incident thinking they would make it right. They did not and told us we need to pay more for them to come out and correct their mistakes. This was not a deep cleaning issue this was a new stain that they caused issue. For that they receive two stars.
Excellent Service - Great job and was prompt and excellent pricing for cleaning 5 rooms and two staircases! Give them a call for your carpet cleaning needs.
