The female GP was at least an hour late ringing me for my telehealth appointment. I then had to go out only to find they rang later and I now owe them $65 for the appointment they missed. They will not waive what they claim I owe them. Do not recommend. They just want your money.
We have been attending this medical centre for 3 years now. The reception staff are jovial, friendly and supportive. The nurses are just as good as well as the pathology staff. Dr Boga is my favourite and trusted doctor. No complaints here.
Dr told me she booked me in for 3:15PM. Went to my appointment today to be told that the dr booked me in for 3:45PM which I cannot make. I asked if I could cancel it and they said there’ll be a $66 cancellation fee. Would’ve been nice to have been made aware my doctor changed the appointment time, only to now be charged because of it.
Very professional doctors, very punctual, polite, and always willing to help. Very friendly reception staff. Finally nice to find a practice closer to my house where you are heared, respected and treated by a professional team whom you can trust.
