The one star is for the lovely staff member who kindly rushed my daughter in for an X-ray after a suspected broken wrist. The remaining three stars were lost because of my experience when I called to chase the results. I was told by a staff member I believe was named Cain, spelling uncertain, that the results would not be available for several days and would simply be sent to my GP. The receptionist is really rude. Rudely told me to email over my opg 3 times and still said that no attachment while the attachment was literally there. Then she just printed it out and forward to the technician without even acknowledging me. She was nice to other Western people but the moment I speak Vietnamese she turned rude immediately. Please train your staff better
I visited the clinic this morning for a CT scan and I am genuinely so thankful for the incredible care I received. A special thank you to nurse Dino, who was absolutely exceptional. He is such a kind and caring nurse; he took the time to explain every single detail of the procedure, which made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease. Nice and caring staff, friendly and polite ,well done
Despite seeing some negative reviews and feeling a little apprehensive at first, I’ve only ever had positive experiences here, having visited twice now. The medical staff made me feel very comfortable and were kind and considerate, especially given the reason for my visit. I’m really grateful for the care and reassurance they provided. I was seen fairly quickly as well, which was great. I would definitely come here again.
