Unprofessional. I went here to get an ultrasound her as a first time mother and the lady made comments about my body, saying I don’t seem to look like a first time mum. She was the fakest person I have ever seen. Saying congratulations and so cute (to my baby) in the most sarcastic manner.
Minimal wait times. Large and spacious enough for a wheelchair user
One of the most unprofessional medical centres I've ever visited. The people doing scans here are basically school children that talk and act immaturely. Not professionally - as they should be - handing patients in a medical field. I got to sit directly behind them and watch and listen to everything that was taking place for a good 15 mins. I was pretty shocked what I was seeing. They forgot to do things before and after scans, and laughed it off as a joke. I have not heard about this place till recently someone I care about attended a screening here. I was disappointed to hear how they were treated. She has cancer and because of this, she has pain in her back. She mentioned her pain to the girls before taking her screening but instead of catering to this, a women abruptly pushed her down harder to get her into position.
