Everything are good, but CT scan section staff are no professional, there is should be to do something .
Ridiculous service. Took almost 2 months to send report to the doctor and that too after repeated follow ups. Never visit them again.
I had an extremely pleasant experience at FMIG St Albans, especially considering my anxiety levels were at an all-time high as it was my first time getting an X-ray. I felt heard and treated well, which, coming from myself, is in itself an exceptional compliment. I noticed genuine care, and I can’t emphasise enough how talking to the receptionist with the headscarf (forgive my poor memory) was calming for my own anxiety. I would recommend :)
Great service, I was a little upset on the day that I posted my last review but my honest impression is that FMIG st Albans is a wonderful place. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful on the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend this place to other.
I have had a X-Ray and Ultrasound for my broken ligament of my ankle, which was repaired with surgery in 2020, and had same broken ligament last month.
