Last time I made an appointment directly at the counter, but I felt the staff there was really rude and unfriendly. This time I made an appointment online, I don't know what the clinic is hiring staff for, but no one answered my emails or phone calls. Also, maybe their transvaginal ultrasound service has a problem, I had an itchy allergy 10 days later, it was terrible. So I looked for another place.
Staff not friendly at all, they have no respect for the patients, they treated me badly several times, I even heard them being very rude to a middle-aged man once, I felt sorry for the poor old man. How nice it would be to be kind to each other. Kindness is free. I wish the authorities there would take care of it.
Rude, late and don't answer their phones
I book ct scan test and they book wrong one and I wait 30 min for my test then they tell that’s wrong test
Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. When you call them they didn’t provide you enough information just asking money first . Very unsatisfying experience. They are scammers charging you much and more money as compared to other places.
