I have been waiting for my ultrasound for a month now.
Receptionist was such a nice and lovely lady, David was helpful and easy to talk to. I've had a CT scan & X-ray here and both times and I've had the same nice people.
I had to have an ultrasound on my arm I had the most delightful young lady plus so friendly I did ask her name and it was Omna your manners to me were unbelievable. Thankyou Omna I hope I get you in the future. Love Fayexx
Horrible service. Booked my girlfriend for the wrong type of ultrasound then didn't even apologise or attempt to make it right. Would not recommend to anyone who values their time.
Dishonest and misleading billing practices – avoid if you value transparency. Had an ultrasound here before in same year – fully bulk-billed, no issues. Booked the exact same scan again for this month. The phone staff never mentioned any fee changes and falsely marked me in their system as having a pension/concession card (I was never asked and I do not have one).
