Went in for an MRI and the team was very helpful and quick.
Rang at 4.45 the call went through the call waiting and hung itself up at 4.57. Tried calling back 6 times and after selecting option each time it just hung up immediately. Bluh!
Get a new receptionist. She was so rude.
I rang to make an appointment and was rudely informed by receptionist that there was a note on my file that I had been impolite to one of their staff previously, and to not be like this again! Well, there's 2 sides to every story, and nor did she give me an opportunity to give mine. I set this aside, and proceeded with the appointment.
