Horrible HORRIBLE patient treatment. As a person in need of medical care, one comes referred by their doctors here only to find the rudest assistance. Also, after reading all these reviews, it seems to me that the managers of this center do not care at all about the costumer service they’re providing. Worst experience.
It has been the worst customer service I have experienced in Australia. This morning, I arrived for my tests and got a bit lost for a few minutes because I couldn’t find the place. When I finally arrived, I greeted and apologized, but the receptionist responded in a rude manner, saying: “You took so long! Weren’t you supposed to be close?”. I apologized again and explained that it was raining, I was completely wet, and I was trying to find the location, but her attitude remained unfriendly. Had my 5 year CT scan to get done here but was suggested to get an ultrasound inserted due to radiation risk. But can not get ultrasound done because it is booked out. Now need to get new referral from the doctor and book it again. Also, to mention my previous scat was done in a same place twice because first time they did it they forgot to do the contrast which was requested by my doctor and just did it again same week with contrast.
The receptionist there is very rude. People will know who i am talking about. She is very rude to her own colleague as well.
