Good job but could have saved £500! Mr Ellis came very promptly and worked hard to relieve the blockage leaving us with lovely clean drains. He checked the neighbours drains and found we had a shared drain. We were informed that Anglian Water were responsible only if the blockage was at road level. In fact I have since found out that the law states that if the property is older than 2011, and not flats, Anglia water is responsible for all shared drains, so you should contact them first. They will come and look at the problem... read more
