Poor manufacturing management. Took a position there in June 2017 and was told that the company was relocating to Lincolnshire to a bigger, newer facility from the Production Manager. After working there for one year, the company still has not moved. And due to this, they hired many operators from the Lincolnshire area under the notion that they will be moving "soon" so they do not have to travel far for work.
