Does any one have a working phone number for them? I'm calling the number on Google says out of service
If I could give a zero star I would. My husband ordered parts from them 2 months ago and it has been excise after excuse of why we haven’t received them such as : put the order in and didn’t here from the distributor(Cody liked to use that excuse for a whole month) and the new one is , parts were shipped to the wrong state and now NO communication. Great sales and service experience for the CMC ArborPro 83HD track lift! I want to give a special shout-out to Jason in the service department. He has been incredibly attentive to our questions about our new lift, both in person and over the phone. Whenever we have an issue, we trust FMI to help us out.
Jerry, Cody, and the gang at FMI Yuba City are far and above the best. As an industrial contractor, time is money. I found myself stuck on the side of the freeway with a broken trailer. FMI went above and beyond to get my trailer fixxed and back on the road the next day. Levi, your Yuba City crew is top notch.
I cannot recommend this establishment or any of the All Access Equipment. My 83HD has been in their possession for approximately 8 months. They consistently ignore my calls and fail to return my messages, leaving me with no alternative for servicing my equipment. I have encountered persistent issues with these machines, compounded by a lack of support from the responsible companies. It is evident that their commitment wanes after making a sale, and they show little concern for the financial implications on their customers.
