I’ve spent hundreds of thousands at FMI. The support was generally good, the maintenance shop was awesome and worked through finding parts with missing numbers, etc. I bought a stump grinder chainsaw attachment ( predator 880 $5,000 ) and it broke on the first job. After dropping it off, I had to call constantly and after months of waiting they asked me if I wanted a quote to fix it. All I wanted was them to stand behind their product a least a little bit. I purchased an Avant 635i through Anna at the Monroe location. She was helpful and promptly provided information on different models. Before the machine was delivered Anna noticed something was off. She made sure to have the machine looked over and found a faulty fuel pump that was replaced before delivery. Thanks for catching that!

I just purchased my third piece of equipment through this company and had an excellent experience working with Anna in sales at the Monroe location ! She was very helpful and easy to work with, making sure that the purchase process went smoothly! Also the shop has a great selection of tree climbing gear.
