I ordered $800+ in parts that they said they had in stock. Weeks later I canceled the order because they never arrived. Then 5 months later they shipped the parts for some reason. Now I have been trying to return the parts for over 2 months and they wont respond to emails.
Very friendly, knows the product very well. No pressure on buying. Down to earth, easy to talk with. Mark made the purchase so enjoyable.

Great people, all of them were happy to help. called to get replacement pull starter string for my stihl fs56rc weed wacker and they had it ready... that kind of service isn't usually seen nowadays, these guys were genuine.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them..
