Pelvic floor therapist was a pleasure to work with. The other therapists were very condescending and gave me workouts that hurt. Made me worse everytime I went and there was a time where my therapist got to the front entrance before me talkin with a coworker instead of helpin me schedule my next appointment. Gave me good advice but wouldn’t adapt to care just gave workouts and expected you to do them even when explaining that it hurts a lot . This was my second PT experience and I did not know that my first experience with a different facility was not a good one until I started at this location, I just thought “maybe PT is not for me?”. My entire experience with this location was absolutely WONDERFUL and has given me a greater understanding and appreciation of the practice! Everyone in the office is so friendly, helpful and attentive. Has been an absolute pleasure working with them!
I have found the staff to be friendly and the schedule accomidating. The therapists who I have worked with are very good. It's a one on one situation and my therapist keeps an eye on what I do to make sure each exercise is performed correctly. The facility itself is clean and the equipment is in good condition and saniitized. I would recommend this establishment to all.
