Bought a brand-new forklift and had problems within the first month of purchase. Took them three months to figure out the problem. Over half-a-dozen visits with no urgency; always scheduled a week or more out even though it was the same issue. Never once were we offered a rental or warranty extension as compensation, even when I directly asked. I have been a mechanic for 43 years. I started this company during the pandemic. Ended up working for them for 3 and 1/2 years. Due to recent changes in ownership and management. I had other texts hired in that 5:00 to $7 an hour more than me with half or no experience. This is a hostile work environment for anybody who has been there for a while due to the hiring practices of this company
Worked for this place for a year... with new management there is no pride in their work anymore, sending new pieces of equipment out messed up or wrong forks and attachments and upcharging them. Rentals are a joke, old equipment that is beat up, half the equipment is breaking while renting, looks poor cause we don't fix paint or repairs like they should be so they are beat up machines that should be retired. Been trying to order parts for days. You call and they say we’ll get right on it. But then you don’t hear from anyone. So you call the next day and same old story we’ll get right on that. Strongly recommend trying any other business for forklift parts than this one ☝️.
