Been trying to order parts for days. You call and they say we’ll get right on it. But then you don’t hear from anyone. So you call the next day and same old story we’ll get right on that. Strongly recommend trying any other business for forklift parts than this one ☝️.
FMH is making great progress towards transformation. There service dept. has improved and overall customer service has also improved.
Wasn’t surprised to already see a review regarding their drivers. Brain dead drivers, that think they own the road. Guess they don’t know road laws or right of way. I’m not sorry but if your merging onto the highway I do not have to let you in. I’m already between vehicles infront behind and to my left. Can’t go anywhere and not slamming on my breaks to allow them in. Dude thinks he’s privileged. Oh and pointing at your little dash cam ain’t gonna make me think some type of way. I got one too bud. Parts guy Rodney has a poor sense of customer service. Why would I go through the hassle of dealing with these guys when I can order every single part through Amazon that I need? Tried to give a local business a chance and they just don't want it bad enough I suppose.
WRECKLESS VAN DRIVER, 9/26 around 7am , in Greeley, Co off 16th St & 47th Ave. Left turn lane , suddenly FMH driver got out of lane ( 3 cars ahead of him) went to lane to go straight ahead then suddenly made a left turn cutting in front of the other cars!! Now thats WRECKLESS 💯! Ppl like that should not be drivers , especially when driving company's vehicle
