I contacted them with the intent to buy a forklift and was treated like I didn't exist. No returned phone calls and no follow-through on my many requests. I eventually searched their inventory, requested a quote on a machine they had and still no quote or interest in selling me a machine. This went on for 6 weeks so I contacted the Denver store and was treated slightly better but gave up.
