I dropped off a small prototyping job at FMD. They promised a same-day call from their front desk. Didn't happen. I called them twice the following day, but never heard back. Can't vouch for the quality or cost of their work, but they seem not to know how to build a business relationship.
FMD has been an amazing partner for R&D work. Parts are nearly always on time; at a great price. When things miss the spec (it happens anywhere), Frank works with you to make sure that everything will function well and makes it right. We've used a lot of shops. Since we've found FMD, they have been our go-to.
We've worked with Frank and the team at FMD on a couple jobs so far. Parts come back quickly, on-nominal to the drawings, and at a very reasonable price. Fantastic to work with.
