Zero professionalism and care by the management group to new renters. We recently applied to a unit we toured at 1617 Poplar Street. Tour went great, application process was easy and we were told our application was accepted. Suddenly we were told that the current tenants no longer wanted to move and that we would not be able to move in to the desired unit.
