I have a family member who goes here. Some of the staff are wonderful, but there are some that are not quite up to that same level. When a patient accidentally pulls out the ear plugs to the television and a staff member comes over and says, "If you don't plug that back in, I'm going to shut off the TV!" Very nice, saying that to a 78 year old lady on dialysis who was just trying to get comfortable.
