Don't bring your animals here they are horrible people who will abandon you when your animal is sick or injured they are terrible horrible horrible people that made my animal very sick then repeatedly hung up on me when I brought it to there attention do not bring your animals here
I love FMA. The Doctors and staff treated my girl Gracie as if she were theirs. She had a severe ear infection that affected her face. It took time , Dr. Bachmans excellent care, and patience. Gracie is doing great and is as happy as can be. Thank you FMA
Very friendly and top notch animal care! Treated both of our dogs for heartworm, both of our babies are now 100% healthy!
0 STARS -- THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU HAVE A VETERINARY EMERGENCY!!! I took my kitty here after she was mauled by a dog as this was my regular vet. My original intention was to euthanize her right away because it was looking pretty bad. The techs talked me into letting DR BACHMAN look at her and he told me she was going to be just fine and they'd stitch her up like new. I believed that he would give me an accurate diagnosis and trusted he would tell me if she was too bad off to save so I said okay to surgery. They di... read more
I am beyond shocked by all these positive reviews for this animal clinic. I had THE WORST experience here. I called at 9pm asking about an emergency vet and they said to come in. They seemed totally nonchalant when I brought in my 15lb West Highland Terrier who was having a severe seizure and they seemed annoyed and indifferent that I was crying in the lobby (I love this dog). Loved the service provided! I could really tell they cared about my fur-babies.
I was very impressed with their desire to help my kitty Felix when he became ill. They let me bring him in after hours and stayed with him to run tests and make sure he was comfortable for his overnight stay. Dr. Bachmann was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything that was going on, and even stayed long after hours to perform surgery on Felix so he wouldn't have to suffer anymore. I'm so glad I was referred to you. We needed to change vets due to the distance I was driving. My previous vet was great and I was very particular about who would see my kids! You guys are fantastic, did everything I asked and I was surprised to see Dr. Bachman crawling on the floor with my pooches and giving them a very thorough exam as well as explaining treatment options. This place is wonderful! We adopted a kitten from here last year and have been taking her and our older cat back ever since! The staff and doctor are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and VERY affordable- they have discounted shots every Thursday evening and Saturday. They even saved us money by going out of their way to call an airline we were flying to find out what was needed for the cat to fly.
