I would like to formally raise a complaint about my experience with FM3 Cars in Stockport. I financed a Range Rover Evoque through them, and within just six weeks of ownership, the engine completely seized. When I reported this issue, FM3 Cars attempted to make me pay for the recovery costs. However, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are liable for such faults and have a duty of care as the selling dealer.
