Friend of mine tried to enter the establishment and was ignored, another friend entered to check up and was told to leave, for something that wasn't posted up front. Ruined our mall time.
A sales associate ordered a pair of jeans from Korea for me. When they arrived, I found a defect and requested a refund. The manager refused at first, saying they had an inventory issue and couldn’t process the refund until they figured it out. I explained that their internal inventory problem had nothing to do with a customer returning a defective item.
