This lender is completely incompetent. If you are looking to buy a home, do not use this company as your lender. The loan officer Gale Gallo, applies for our FHA loan the morning of closing. Needless to say, we did not close on the home that we wanted. This has left us in the predicament of being without a home for the weekend and not knowing where to keep our things. They asked for documents and checks at the very last minute when they should have been asked for weeks ahead of time. Please ask your relator to choose another... read more
The staff is great, they can even usually tell who you are over the phone before you give them any information. A very comfortable experience.
Great service. Love the staff - they know me. A different experience than the 'fast food' and big banks down the street.
